question about dirge changes 10/30 patch

Enhance: Verlien's Keen of Despair will now grant an effect that reduces combat mitigation.

putting a combat mit debuff on this abiulity would be ok but it has a chance to be dispelled as a mob takes damage. i recommend you move this to a differnt debuff or make it to wehere the ability can not be broken by damage

It have 2 different debuffs with 1 cast, only movement decrease part can be dispelled with damage.

ill test it more then seemed like it was dropping off
