Can someone explain to me how this spell works?

3.4 seconds to cast, lasts 13.2 seconds can stack 50 times but is on a 6min and 4 recast time (my character's values of course)

I'm guessing the stacking applies to it being cast by more than one person in the group, but I don't see how that's going to work considering the really long recast time and the very short duration.

I know a lot of my fellow players are more into the meta game of spell casting who can probably explain to me how this is supposed to work.

it basicly works like you said it dose but it actually last the 13.2 sec and not the 4 as stated above iirc
and it only works for the group not a raid
