*bump* - 4 new wallpapers added today SMILEY You'll find two for Starcrest Commune and two for The Peat Bog at the start of thread in my original post. Thanks again for the great feedback! I love making these anyway but it's really nice to know they're appreciated so much. Many thanks to spajdr for the tips about setting up anti-aliasing, it's definately improved the quality of screenshots I'm getting.

Thank you for the lovely comments since my last update, I'm really glad you're liking these so much SMILEY! I've just added another four desktops - two from the beautiful Oakmyst Forest and two from South Qeynos (I have more of both areas coming but I thought I'd split it up a bit). Hope you like them.

Here's one I played around with. I used the dual monitor Lucan wallpaper to start with.

I've seen a lot of beautiful sights myself, ingame, but in fact these are better!! (possibly because of the fact that when i switch to Extreme setting, my gaming experience turns into a kinda interactive powerpoint presentation)

Senn, you rule! I wonder: (being a bit of an PS amateur myself) what doe you do whith the dumps in PS? (I have some idea, but still...)

Thanx fot the pics anyway, they brighten up my computers at work :smileyvery-happy:

Thanks again everyone SMILEY I've added another 4 desktops - two under South Qeynos (at top of category), one under Castle Haven, and one under Forest Ruins.Gulslatem - tips about AA would be good too and and different resolutionsFor anti-aliasing info go here - http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=tech_support&message.id=77 . Different resolutions aren't on the menu sorry, making these desktops takes enough time away from actual gaming without me adding multiple res's to the equasion SMILEY But feel free to resize them yourself if you have the software, they should convert pretty well.Elcrest - possibly because of the fact that when i switch to Extreme setting, my gaming experience turns into a kinda interactive powerpoint presentationHehe, yeah mine does too. Causes massive memory leaks as well so I pretty much have to reboot after a few switches to extreme performance to capture screenshots. Still it's worth it to see the incredible detail and beauty in this game, I'm just sorry I can't run my system like that all the time.I wonder: (being a bit of an PS amateur myself) what doe you do whith the dumps in PS?I play with the levels to get the lighting right, then I usually play with the color balance and hue/saturation until I'm happy with the overall image. Sometimes I'll also add multiple layers of color to bring out highlights and deepen shadows. Hope that helps SMILEYEnjoy!!

Nice wallpapers! Dont take this the wrong way but force on AA to get rid of the jaggies when taking your screen shots. Its a performance hit but it's the best way to get a perfect screenshot.
