![]() Hello, I am a very casual player and I apologize if this has been covered in depth elsewhere, but I couldn't seem to find it. I have just reached level 8 and have the opportunity to make a choice of increasing one of my personality traits. As a Paladin to be, I would guess that Strength, Wisdom or Stamina would be important, but I would like a little advice as to which traits are most important for a Paladin in the EQ2 universe. I am also looking for which traits to focus on long-term with future trait increases, not just the one at level 8, so I can make good choices when it comes to choosing equipment and armor. Thank you.

![]() I chose strength. Pally's primary attribute is strength followed by wisdom.

![]() I always choose HP over all. On any character actually. So I went Stamina. In EQ1 STA was one of the hardest stats to raise. Don't know if that will be repeated here. Str and Wis were quickly maxed out. Different game tho so who knows.

![]() Like some, I chose strength because it is generally considered a fighter's greatest asset. In retrospect, I would definitely choose Stamina instead. I'm at lvl 29 now and I don't believe the strength upgrades have made much of a difference IMHO.

![]() I chose Strength where I could, except when I could choose something dealing with faster power regeneration or a greater power pool. You live and die by the amount of power you have (or don't have)... Vaden 37 Paladin - Butcherblock |

![]() Power....think of it, you can always convert 90 power into 400ish health with blessed aid. Nobrainer really.

![]() I chose agility. Why? No idea... I'm a Dark Elf. Seemed to augment my already high stat quite a bit. I'm only 21, but so far, mobs seem to have a tougher time hitting me with my ~65 agi.

![]() I also chose agility but after the agility nerf it doesn't help much anymore. It used to be my preferred choice. Now it is not.

First time I went with stamina, can never have too many hps. Second I chose agility after seeing how big of a role it played. Now that they tweaked it, I wish I could go back and choose something else since I imagine 4 points of agility = not a [FaarNerfed!]ing thing now.
