No mention of the Drum of the Ethernaut Chronicler in the update notes. Is this Item not being changed as previously stated? Snuffeluffagus' will rampage SoE if the run speed garbage gets put on it...   ...I swear!

No message about Wu's Fighting Chestwraps, which has now gone TWO of our obscenely long game updates without the simple and obvious bug of it having half the critmit of other avatar BPs being fixed.

Is there someplace where the new spell names are listed so I can fix all my UI crap?

As in what the name that was voted in for each spell is...

Wouldn't it be neat if soe had a website about classes that had all the aa and spell info in it?  And that data was fed directly from live data, so it was always in sync?

  • “Efforts Repaid” has had the number of kills required reduced.
  • “Snuff the Flare Reapers” has had the number of kills required reduced and now all flare men count as quest targets.
  • “Colossal Lava Rocks” now includes hardened colossi as quest targets.

I just finished those quests yesterday and NOW you change them?!?!

But everything else looks good.  Still not thrilled with the spell changes but we get a free AA respec so might not be that bad.

I know that, but I'm not going to be home for hours still. I was hoping to read a list of spell names for all my various characters so that I would know what they were now called. It's not a huge deal, just some information I'd like to have ahead of logging in tonight.

I'd support this plan.  It fits in well with the whole effort at consolidating the names in the first place.

It'll be 4 months before EQ2players updates the spell listing to match whats in game...

But they did have the Poll Forums open up until this week that showed the vote for the most popular spell names per class.

My wizard's spellbook now has a useless tab for Combat Arts.  Formerly, the Combat Arts tab only displayed for classes that actually have Combat Arts.

The Splitpaw spells seem to have been forgotten in the re-naming project.  For example, my level 80 wizard still has Word of Force as a separate spell inserted into the Solar Flare I thru Solar Flare VIII line.

Because Word of Force shares a refresh timer with the Solar Flare line, it's essentially an obsolete spell.

Numbering the spells in Roman numbers is still a bad idea if you want to search at the broker for "Spell I". You get not only Spell I but also Spell II, Spell III, Spell IV, Spell VI etc.

Your wizard has combat arts available via aa.

For the quest "Clothes off their Backs" it requires you to gather shimmering bags of armor from the camps.

Well, when someone picks these up, they despawn, and have what seems like a 5 minute respawn time.  Camping them doesn't work, because if you get jumped by mobs, someone else will just run in and take what you've been waiting for, then walk away.

I'd advise that you make them static spawns in the three different camps so that everyone can click them and leave.  This is especially frustrating for small groups trying to quest together.

The proc rate on the Essence of Mastery charm item seems to be borked.. out of over 200 critical hits across several combats the effect Strike of the Four Masters only went off twice, not the 2 per minute average that the description states it should be.  Further testing to ensue SMILEY

a guildy tried zoning into the new Emperor's Anathaeum to test if there was a lockout earlier. He left and came to help with Kurn's access. When we tried zoning into Emperor's ( a new instance since his 30 min lockout timer expired) we all made it in and he got kicked out. Once our 30 min lockout was up none of us could get into a fresh instance, getting the message "you may not enter an instance created prior to when your previous instance's minimum lockout timer has expired."

I'm finding autofollow is working worse, not better.  Routes where I was able to jump off a ledge and keep my toons following now sometimes leave them behind at the jump points (this while 3-boxing.)
