SOE Forum Signature

I am having what most will probably find as 2 dumb issues, BUT...

1. I cannot figure out how to take a paperdoll image. (It has been a couple of years since I have messed with it.)

2. Once I figure out how to take said image, how do I upload it to my SOE Forum Signature?

I plan on making a custom signature but for now hoping to do this. Thanks in advance!
