The first named seems to be bugged. We had the script down perfectly into the shadows and back ect. but when he gets to 25% he suddenly does an aoe that kicks us all over and kills us instantly with the emote about killing those remaining in the shadows even though we are not in the shadows. we tried different blockers and they would work partly but never on the tank who would get tossed across the zone each time. what it looks like is the fail condition is hitting at 25% instead of 20% and is hitting before we are even sent to the shadows.

The bubbles shouldn't attack you when you're on the platforms. Also, there was a bug that would cause them to spawn on the platforms, or allow the brineterrors to path up there if you died and revived atop a platform. These issues should be fixed when the next beta build is pushed.

I feel you are just not seeing the bubbles.
you say bubbles were on the platform up top, that's because of the adds running up there, killing you and despawning, bubbles spawn (cause add died)

If the brineterror's most hated target reaches a platform, that brineterror will respawn. Their water columns never reappear when they reset like this, only when they are killed. I did add a spell buff (no stats, just for informational purposes) that details how to bring back the water.

We actually were able to Mario64 ourselves on the ledges around the room after going up the first water column, Chrol. Not sure if that's intended, while tricky it was a way to ignore however you are really supposed to respawn the water columns. Even that fancy lamp post wasn't enough to keep us out! Cool

(Edit: In case you want to make that not possible, idk)

Yes I'm aware of that, Gindotto. I'm undecided on it at the moment though...

In favor of keeping it, I can say it wasn't an easy thing. We actually took 4 pulls with a semi-competent group of folks I knew, and the last pull was able to keep it together. I fell twice, but was able to run through the portal and temp up until cured (Paladin). A few others slipped and fell to death but stayed in LoS for a rez up to the ledge. In other words it wasn't the easiest work around and could actually be a fun alternative (i.e. follow the script to respawn a column each time, or try to risk the ledges and a wipe, especially in a PUG)!

The fight was a blast either way though Kudos.

+1000 for Heroic Opportunity script on ledges!

We saw "water columns" and we saw "bubbles" as two different things. "Water columns spawned from the ground floor upward and were BIG" ... "bubbles" were smallish bubbly things on the ground no matter where we were that weren't tall at all but very bubbly. The bubbly things drain all your power, they have a red area on the ground and bubbles coming up out of them - giving the feeling that you're 'in hot water"! The bubbles aren't a mode of transport, the water columns however are. Hopefully that clears up at least what my group was talking about on here.

When we killed those adds that stay on the bottom, they just respawned - no waterfalls.

The bubbles were on the platforms regularly. Where ever we were standing they spawned on us. We just jousted them. The brineterrors were also insta killing us - not associated with having died and revived on the platform. It's good to hear that all will be fixed. The adds on the floor of the room (4 elemental goons!) path around very weirdly and randomly port back to their original start position - like their pathing script isn't being completed or something.

Did the same thing as glndotto did.. we stayed along back walls.. bubbles spawned on us.. jousted them.. once first platform was dead.. rolled around the walls to next platform and rinsed, repeated.. u fall take the porter and just cure the curse.. but I agree that not everyone is able to walk along the walls

The DOT damage that the last boss does in Ssraeshza Temple seems a little crazy on the second phase, Once we hit 2 stacks on that other detriment its an insta kill for the rest of the group and our group has between 800k-900k hp (other than the tank). Unless theres a way to avoid getting the detriment which we arnt seeing, it seems like a silly dps burn.

Its pretty disappointing because until the second phase we thought the boss fight was pretty awesome and fun but the damage compared to the rest of the dungeon on the second phase kinda ruined the fun for us all.

Are you sure the changes went in or correctly? Eek
Tried with a zerker and an SK, neither could stay up due to the nearly 9 million auto-attack hits Frown

They should be in by now. He starts the fight really strong but weakens as it progresses depending on whether or not you let his adds live. Did you let the stacks go above 100?

I was the one of the 2 healers in the group. So perhaps I just had the bad luck of getting into 2 different groups where the tanks had put on the heroic gear from tranquil sea and no clue how they were geared beforehand.Frown

most people bring 2 healers to the group when it's usually actually better with just 1 healer
