I've been told they've been busy, but I put a petition in yesterday to have a no destroy item removed from my inventory and still have yet to hear back. I'm starting to get annoyed and I've NEVER had issues with customer support. They haven't answered any of my emails yet either. They *don't* want me to call them. I am not a pleasant person when it comes to having to call customer support. For the record, the item is a report that is acquired during the inquisitor epic quest. Everyone in group gets one... but my berserker is not an inquisitor, I have, nor will I have, a use for this item. I can't destroy it. -_- |

![]() I tried to petition a few days ago out of game as was suggested above... still nothing. Called the phone number above and got in pretty quick. They reopened a new ticket that was nothing to do with the problem i called in. The CS was honestly very nice and very gentle about saying there was nothing that can be done until this is fixed and it is priority #1! Ok 48 hrs later.... 4 days since my original petition (nothing still). So apparently not only are we limited from the SC store thinking we are free players, but also the online support sees us as ftp so no online support for you. NO SOUP FOR YOU! On the bright side you can now purchase a skunk lookin squirrel mount, a bunch of new rusty cubes for decorating and some new buff/debuffs to put on your dungeon maker stuff.... I get it... different departments and processes etc. When they merged the game into freeport it screwed everything up which is why we couldn't log into the game for so long after the feature pack went "live" which was the worst eq2 xpac launch to date. Just what is going on? Still no official announcements? Or can someone post some link? Even if its smothered with bacon greasy SJ goodness! If i didn't love this game i would have already moved on, so many half promises, and now so much for the vets and fans... |

![]() Just a small update (if you want to call it that)... I called CS this morning just to see if there was any progression as far as the Character Transfer Tokens and he said they should have it fixed by mid-January. Whether or not that happens is a different story, so we'll see. I also informed him that some of us have been concerned about the lack of responses from GM's on the forums and he said he will mention it to "them" but he knows they are backlogged from the holidays. Sometimes follow up helps speed things along, sometimes it doesn't. I had to try though. |

![]() As of late this afternoon, CS was able to get me a transfer token in the marketplace. I am an All Access subscriber and I was told they got their tools back just prior to my call. |

![]() GM's do not support the forums. This is technical support, not in-game support. GM's are not allowed to post here outside of management. I am not a GM For Character Transfer requests, contact us directly, for in-game support contact a GM via a petition. I cannot help speed up the response time from the GM's as they are very busy and have a large workload. I'll do what I can to spur some action but no promises. If you have outstanding tickets that seem abandoned, post your incident number and I'll do what I can.
