Default

Deleted our old EQ2 installs (completely)

downloaded the new eq2 launcher

downloaded eq2 full install from scratch (30 hours, thanks)

still get client does not match when trying to login

Please open a support ticket and include your DXDIAG/MSINFO files as described in my signature links.  Give me the incident number once it is open.

Thank you, and sorry for the multiple threads, I know you guys stay busy and didnt know if a player would have an answer.  Been dealing with this for a few weeks, tried old launcher, new launcher, deleting specific files, and eventually a full fresh install.   Nothing has worked yet on either machine.

Still the same error on both our machines, client and server dont match.  A buddy of ours tried the same thing on his machine in, same result.
