Are you sure the image you are trying to upload is 170x305? Dimension or incorrect format are two possible reasons for this behaviour.

thats funny i go to post mines having a problem and it seemed to fix it self since last night.

I still can't upload a screenshot. The image is the correct size and when I try I get the message saying "Characterld" is required.

We think we have narrowed down the issue here and working to get it resolved. I'll let you know when it appears to be operational.

A fix went up this evening that may help. I tested it in FireFox, IE 8, Chrome 5 and the in-game browser and it worked as expected. We are still having an issue with Safari that needs to be fixed. This has not yet gone into QA but i wanted to give you the opportunity to try it out. Hope it helps.
