The person who is in the logs, is obviously a guide and not a customer support. It is a guide who speaks very very very bad english for the soe!

well imo I still think your a [Removed for Content] for going back to camp the mob in RoV. For a 30 second buff that procs 50% with a 20 min cast timer on it to proc 150 damage. Yes I know what this BP does and I still think youra [Removed for Content] for getting it. You can use this twice maybe three times per raids for a total of 1 min and 30 seconds. To go camp a mob in a grey zone and have to mentor to get it I just think it's stupid and you must really suck if you are resorting back to T4 stuff with procs that actually work in order to increase your dps. I know many scouts that can do sick dps with out this BP.

You need to talk to the scouts in your guild then, like Snark who think the BP is great for pure-burn fights from DPS like Princes, MO, Cruor, and so on, because on those fights, that thing owns. I mean seriously getting 20-30 procs off that is just free extra damage is just, great.

go play a scout on a raid and use this bp then review the parse dumb [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]. you will cry when you see its potential. and for fights where the absolute burn is necessary you click everything you have this bp, the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]ing crit shoulders from lyceum everything cause it all adds up.

I want to know why SoE out sourced to India...

I had the same issue differnt GM on my sever, I was camping an item off the High Priest for a group member...

Apparently its aginist the rules to camp an item until you get it.

Its against the rules to grief other players. and other players can mis-interpret a /say or /tell that your camping a mob as offensive, the old (there are no camps in eq2 argument)

So they can report you under the gise that your greifing them and lie in the report.

Camping mobs is what eq2 is all about, its needed for lots of quests, and camping a mob for an item is perfectly fine imho.
