Can you please let us 50 assassins change to a new class? - Page 2

My guild leader wouldnt dare ask me to reroll to a new class. also, but guild NEVER EVER does joint raids with other guilds. If your honestly in a guild that does do joint raids that really sucks for u man. Loot rules are prolly /random.. omg i cant even begin to imagine. DKP is where its at =)

Also my suggestions guide is to help maximize dps. Maximize your personal DPS. Please understand those words. I think u had the wrong idea when u wrote that about procs. Im not comparing what each class's armor and skills can do, im showing you how to maximize the assassins dps.

They are sound advice for any assassin, but just not the point for the topic at hand, at least to me. We can and we should maximise our personal DPS, it is after all our only role in a raid. But this is regardless of the state of the assassin subclass, its not as if we would not strive to do the most damage we can if there ever comes a time SOE actually make improvements to us. Yes we can try to max DPS, but guess what? So can anyone else. Where do you stand with a bruiser who also 'maximised' his DPS?

Radatat, I would love to see your DPS parsed out, in log form. Feel free to email them to me at [email protected]. It sounds to me like you are not being entirly truthful, and in some cases a bit harsh to others. Just because they don't do more dmg than anyone else in the raid they dont deserve to be assassins? Dude.. I can tell you my gear is a hell of a lot better than yours currently, and I get my [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot] handed to me DPS wise by Zerkers, SK's and Bruisers. Now thats just melee. You wanna see some wizzy/warlock action? I can back up my DMG tree with hard logs from every encounter in the game. There are VERY VERY few times in which I beat the zerkers/SK's in the guild. As for your wizzy's pumping that is just silly, if your guild is that uber your priests all have in combat regen items and atleast adapt 3 crack. I know our templars are almost full mana for the whole fight, never once has healer mana been a issue. It seems to me that you are just trying to act big and bad, if you are that good feel free to send me the logs and I will parse them up myself. Hell i'll give you side by side comparasions of me vs you vs my guild's zerkers/sk's/bruisers, and we will see where we stand then. Our wizards always pump. That's not to say they aren't doing damage, but giving mana to the tank, and healers is a big responsibility. We don't like to let anyone in our main group go below half power.

i'm only a lvl48 assassin on faydark, and i've been to plenty of raids where the mobs are orange con to me, yet i have no problem at all doing damage to it, although, i've die a lot due to close range melee. as for the assassin being booted out of raid for other jobs, i've yet to experience that.
