You would have lost your server discos because the person that dico'd them on the other server got them before you did, probably based on time of day. I lost over 100 server discos after the merger and my server was the one that was kept. |

No, you were correct the first time. Server merges act just like character xfers. In reality thats all SOE is doing is xferring the characters from the server being swallowed to the new server. After that, all discos are reset, just like any time you move your character willingly you get reset. The achievement would have been a great idea, but the system isnt in place to allow it.

![]() I just did the leaper and glider mount quests on a newer toon on AB. I had to /petition it because they were not giving that achievement out. They updated on the first day they came out., but I dont know what happened to it. I had to have a GM sneak up on me and fix it for me. Its not many points, but alot of people like the achievement system and it would be a bit unfair for them to work on something just for that purpose and it not work. These are the names of the achievements and what they require. Cant remember off the top of my head the name of the glider one. Boing... Boing... Boing... - Obtain a leaping mount, Gliding or Flying of Norrath - Obtain a Gliding Mount |

![]() I know this is not the right place, but I couldnt find better topic. I like how signature quest dialogue has different graphic feel. Currently eq2 has a minigame for crafting. I enjoy eq2 lore, and think there should be a minigame for that as well. characters have an investigation skill. The current quest system could be expanded so much, and npcs could divulge info depending on minigame, and it could be color coded as well. Could make shady remarks yellow or conjecture, etc. Would be great for avoiding retcon, cuz you could just say the npc was mistaken. Only most fundamental and unchanging stuff would be color coded as canon. This modification would make the preludes and world event activities so much better. there are so many ways to go with it, and it could be made so complex. requiring intimidation skill, correct illusion, faction, etc, with hints from npc why they wont open up. Currently lore is released in big chunks that noone has to work for. It would be so much more exciting if it was released early in secret, then later in full for everyone. just because something is true, doesnt mean it has to be color coded true, it could be color coded 'possibly' or 'opinion'. That would make early press releases of tentative lore ez. could retcon whatever you didnt like, and would add another story in norrath. could develop liars, etc like bristlebane. or even sincere misinformed fools. the stuff from nek castle is really cool, but you dont have to think about it, its more random chance without abilities you can use to progress. |

![]() As during the last hotfix/patch/whatever new tradeskill achievements and prolly some other stuff was implemented, you can clearly see that someone is out there still managing the achievement system. So I`d like to grab this opportunity to point out what changes should be made in order to make it a even better system: First: there are several achievements which are still mixed up in DoV-achievement-list, especially under Dungeons and Raids - pls sort out those which are in the wrong tab. I am sure, there are a few people out there who already sent a /bug or /feedback with specific details, but I also want to give an example: Warmaster Korok'Hai shouldnt offer a shorthanded victory under DoV-raids since its heroic content. Second: its nice to get new achievements, but I at least expect someone to mention this in patchnotes, even if they are hidden you should point out there`s new stuff - and especially for the hidden ones: give us a clue, having 10new hidden tradeskill is nice to have, but if you dont know that they exist, you just wont start experimenting. Third: an official list whats available would be great, achievements which you can see from the beginning are easy to spot, but there are dozens of hidden ones which arent even discoed yet. I know hidden stuff is intended to be hidden just for the cause of nature, but regarding the nearly endless possibilities those offer there should be hints how to obtain them - those hints can be given, again, in an official list. I am also aware that this is maybe a big load of work to do such a list, since there are nearly 1,4k achievements atm, but once you did this, people have a start to actually work on those much more dedicated. Pls, dont let us down, pls sacrifice a few days of work to get things done - so this achievement system is once again flawless. |

![]() An idea: since there is stuff on SC you can buy for dungeon marks, how about you implement stuff you can actually unlock when you got a needed amount of achievement-points? For example: if you hit 20k you unlocked an avatar-illusion boosterpack from which you can choose an illusion from an avatar (yes, the ones we used to kill in EOF/ROK/TSO - and yes, equal size!). The stuff you unlock should be either free to "buy" or for a little fee (like 500SC). Maybe the glimpse to make abit more money due to SC will /fix broken achievements as well..... |

![]() With Game Update 63, the AA experience curve has been readjusted. The first login after the patch, the AA score was set to a new, higher value. However, if this resulted in skipping milestone AA scores, you did not get the achievement for reaching these scores. For example, if you already had 290 AA points before the GU, after your first login your new AA total would have been set to the cap of 320 AA. But you would not get the achievement for reaching 300 AA (Star Destroyer) because that score got skipped. Will the skipped achievements be awarded in a future patch? |
