In another thread, a mod has posted at 0734 that she has called Kiara, and Kiara is headed into the office now.

Sony doesn't have a tech on duty at night? Can't dial-in to reboot?

This is cancelling our last scheduled raid prior to the expansion. I guess we just pass on Anashti then.

In my experience most of those techs are playing games or talking on the phone instead of watching the servers. In fact I had a guildie once who raided every night at work.

I'm almost wondering if this isn't a connectivity issue...not a server issue...that some internet pipeline is down.
