sk AA enhance heinous blessing not working??

lets keep this short, I've put 3 or 4 points into the SK AA enhance henious blessing, and the description (in the AA point window ) says my henious blessing should be increased by 28% in heal power, yet I see absolutly no change to it in combat, nor has its description or number values changed in its actual description for the spell.. anybody else put any points into this AA and not getting any results? or am I just missing something? PROBLEM SOLVED. SEE MY LAST POST FOR THE SOLUTION/EXPLAINATION.

HAvent really tested it, went thru it to get to leech touch. But I think it actually does increase the amount healed, the tooltips are bugged though.

Somthing odd, ive maxed out my points in blessing but it still shows 7% heal increase though when i look at a adept/master/app1 from a broker or loot drop for the next level of blessing (currently 52) it has the correct % is any one else getting this?

tooltip is broken

aa IS doing something, as I have never had a m1 tap off this crit over 500 before my 3 points in this, and now i see it regular

well like most of SOEs latest ideas, the extra heal is probably "normalized" by taking into account things like the how hard you're being hit for, by how many mobs, what gear you have, the day of the week, the weather, alignment of planets etc.

Meaning you may get an extra bit of heal. Sometimes. Maybe.

I maxed the AA out and the tooltip doesn't show the added percentage to the heal before you cast it. After you cast the spell and check the tooltip again it will display the new enhanced heal amount.. after the blessing wears off, the tooltip returns to the original amount. but it DOES work and works very well i might add.

Ya, i have 3 points into Heinous Blessing. Just put another in recently. when I had 2, it said in green "Increases heal amount by 63%" . I put another in and it remained at 63%, so i dunno what it doing.

mines green as well, and it says increased by 49% ( even though the AA itself says increased by 28%) , and as I said the first time, my heals are not any stronger at all. they are healing exactly the same as before I used the AA, maybe its just me, or maybe it because of the pvp server? I dont know, but it seems to have no effect on me :smileysad:

Aye 63% for me from rank 1 to 5. Tooltip is broken. But it's functioning well in-combat tho. I love that AA ability.

alright, finally found the problem and solution. I have researched the numbers further and found that my AA is working as intended. even tough it says in the AA window that it increases my heinous blessing by 35%, yet in my spell window says 49% ANYWAYS HERE IS WHATS GOING ON. you get the correct amount you will be healed for ONLY if you activate heinous blessing then examine it. so for the 24 seconds it is active, the true numbers will show up. otherwise its working right anyways. thanks for all the previous comments fellow sk's.

Hi All,

the tooltip is not correct, however, it is working. the tooltip is reporting the % increase based on the rank of the spell, 7% per rank:

App 1: 7%

App 2: 14%

App 3: 21%

App 4: 28%

Adept 1: 35%

Adept 3: 49%

Master 1: 63%

Master 2: 70%

The AA in reallity gives 7% per AA point, not per spell rank.

Seems like it ya. My blessing is Master 1 and I put 3 additional points in it....it still reads 63%.
