I was noticing this while glancing at the damage output of my Matri Dut mercenary that without any particular pattern to it, it seemed like sometimes the mercenary's spells would hit for hundreds of times less than it should. It was particularly glaring in doublecasts - you'd see a hit for 30k, and then the multiattack for the same spell for millions. The frequency seemed to vary by spell - it seemed like Battery and Assault always hit for at least 10 times lower than its listed value, while for others they seemed to function normally at least some of the time. Melee damage and proc damage seemed unaffected.
