Tonight we took a raid into Anvilpaw's Grotto because it's a fun and unique raid zone and some of our newer members could use the experience.  However, we were unable to advance because the first puzzle along the lower path was broken.

We submitted a petition using the new petition website and got a form letter response.....very helpful.

Posting this here so that others can verify if it's happening to them and hopefully so that a dev can look into it and fix it.

It wouldn't hurt for someone on the dev team to explain how this zone works to the GMs either (and other places where the zone itself has triggers, such as the Obelisk of Lost Souls).  I'm not angry with the GM, as I am sure they just didn't have a clue what I was talking about, but in the real world I do technical support/customer service, and from experience I can say that form letter responses like this always lead to unhappy customers.

Thanks, and hopefully this information helps someone find and fix the problem before it prevents more people from experiencing a fun and unique raid.

Thanks for the response, however this is not a problem with the quest steps being done incorrectly.  The puzzles consist of three objects which you have to place or use in the correct order.  Two of the three objects are missing entirely and do not respawn when the puzzle is reset.  This seems to be a problem with the zone and may need to be investigated as a bug.

Again, this is not a quest.  It has no journal entry.  It is part of the zone.

Our raid has disbanded as our players could no longer wait for in-game assistance on this issue due to the demands of real life.  While several guides were online they are unable to help us and were unable to locate an in-game GM to help us.  Please record this issue for followup with the development team so that it does not affect other players in the future.

We are having a problem with the puzzles in the Anvilpaw's Grotto instance of the Splitpaw Saga.  For the first puzzle on the lower path, only one of the three statues needed is present.  We have tried resetting the puzzle several times but have been unable to get the others to appear.

For the second puzzle on the lower path, we can pick up the torches but are unable to light the fires.

Since there is a 12 hour lockout on the zone, any assistance in-game would be appreciated, as we can't exactly zone out and then come back to try and reset everything....

Aye, the problem still exists. Sadly, no developer does care for it, since the last 2 threads on this haven't been acknowledged by any "official" as well...

tried that zone on sunday and yesterday with a guild raid and also had the same problems each time. any chance that any dev can look into that as the zone is now its uncompleteable. no chance to complete that puzzle with only 1 of the 3 puzle items there.

I and a guildie spent a good deal of time there yesterday trying to see if it was a probel we were somehow causing or missing. THe only thing I couldn't do was zone in with  a full raid zone of level 50's or less. I tried a level 70, 60 and 50. Mostly I was checking to see if perhaps they did it on purpose to make it insolvable unless you met the requirements. We tried using jump boots to see if we could hop over the barrier in our way..nothing. I got to wondering if it was similar to the wearg/worg issue in LP last month....did the statue get used somewhere lese (like the new item you get in nek castle for your house) and now doesn't spawn in the grotto like it should? Silly, I know, but i wana get this quest out of my book. Here's the deal, devs...everytime you finish a quest, THIS is the quest that the quest helper defaults to. I have completed nearly 2000 quests (not including collections), so every time I finish a qust, THIS one pops back and slaps me in the face.....over....and over.....I wanna finish it. I don't wanna see it annnnyyyymore SMILEY
