Switch Personas not....anywhere?

I used to be a EQ2 play, but when EQ2X came out, I moved there. Now that the forums have essentially merged, it's forcing me to use my EQ2 names. The problem is that I do not play as this character anymore, and haven't for years. I cannot find the Switch Persona option anywhere at all. Am I completely overlooking it, or is it just not seeable for some members? Where is it supposed to be?

We've got another thread up on this above, with an answer from Virrago! It would appear the feature just isn't working at the moment. Our forum admins are looking in to it.
