Offline Consignment Disabled

Offline Consignment is currently disabled on all servers until further notice. I will post again as soon as I know it's back up.

Note that if you appear to be losing coin because you attempt to purchase an item that is on offline consigment, you are not--it may be resorting your coin to a different denomination, however.
