Be sure to use this spell because the Hunters are able to trigger Infernus Seed.
 
Going to get the Adept 3 as soon as I can because reportedly it adds a 3rd Shark . That means more damage plus more chance to trigger the Infernus Seed Proc.

yep, aqueous hunters adept 3 adds a shark.  It does insane dmg but draws alot of aggro.  In groups, it's not really a problem but if you soloing you can get the aggro.
 
It also procs infernus seed.  This is hands down our best dmg spell...too bad it has that very long recast.

Sweet. This is a spell I've been looking forward to for many levels now, and finally almost there. Wasn't sure about getting any T4 spells upgraded to Adept III, but may have to consider this one. SMILEY

Yeah becareful on the aggro, even in a group lol.  Was doing a named fight in Oblesik the other night and my fish pulled aggro off the tank =/.
 
Also will they proc seed if it is already up when you cast them or do you need to recast after summoning them?  I haven't taken the time to pour over my log to see SMILEY

I think our DPS would be higher if we could cast the fish more than every 90 seconds.  That's generally once in every 3-4 fights.  Still, I love the fishes.  Use Group Illusion and summon them.  Hilarious SMILEY

Answered my own question last night.  The hunters will spawn with the seed buff, no need to recast it after summoning them. =)

Just got the Adept  3  , BE SURE TO DO THIS
 
The Adept 3 adds a 3rd fish , a BIG SHARK   , that will level with you to 50 . The other fish stop at 45-46.  This means a lot more damage plus more chance to set off Fire Seed Proc
 
This is must-have Adept 3

Got the master 1 a few days ago.
 
Master 1 addes another fish for 3 fish and 1 shark.
 
The combined dps from aquatic hunters is higher then the dps of the adept 3 veteren.
 
I dont mind the recast as all I do is raid pretty much and the recast is shorter then the duration.
 
I do mind that they can get resisted though, this seems like a bug.  When summoning creatures that can miss and be killed by opponant melee and area effect spells, it doesnt seem like having the entire spell resisted is  needed for balance much less logical.
 
How do you resist me summoning fish, interrupt sure, but that possiblity already exists, but resist? come on.
 
The spell still rocks though no doubt!

i got this at adept3 as soon as i tried it and realized they proc'd the fire seed.  i'm level 39 and still trying to learn how to use this spell in everyday non-raid situations.  a common group is me, wizard, and fury, with my purple monkey tanking, and those fish tend to get me aggro.  i'm betting they'll work better when we're grouped with a real tank.

i have gotten more comments from people about the fish and shark than about all my other spells up to this point combined hehe.

just wondering if anybody has parsed master 1 hunters vs adept 3 huntersi wonder what the damage is just want to see the numberskelly

the fish are a semi-dot  and semi-pet - Send them in from behind and they will last longer.

they arent actually a DoT, that's why they have no description. after the first resist check they are just regular pets, you just cant tell them to change targets. they use crushing damage, subject to all the things real melee players are subject to (riposte, parry, etc.)

2 players can't cast the fish while one is still in use -which is how DoT work :
 
This needs to get changed.
 
Also have you even cast the fish from behind when solo then walked around to the front - generall when
I do this the mob stays invisiable ?
