Berserker specifics

Hi all.

Since I messed up my first toon by not being properly informed, I wanted to get a couple of answers to some question regarding berserkers before I reroll.

1. Can berserkers wear plate?

2. Can they use axes, swords, polearms?

3. Can they use shields?

I have read the website and the manual, but they both were wrong with the Crusader/SK class, so if anyone has more information I would appreciate it.

berserkers are unlimited, except for vangaurd SMILEY

Unless it's changed since beta, vanguard is no different than plate, so even that's not off-limits. Berserkers can wield and wear pretty much anything under the sun.My biggest challenge is deciding what weaponry to use... I'm leaning towards dual wield since I'll be regularly grouping with a SK who will be using 2handers, so that way we won't be fighting over the same items. I'm also leaning towards swords (for the style) but currently I'm using axe/sword (Orcblood Axe and Blort's Painted Cutter).
