Maybe I'm missing something here. Ever since I recieved this spell I've been looking at the broker and the fence and have not seen any upgrades for it. No masters, no adepts, no apprentices. There is a spell called Decree that I see upgrades for on the broker but it's a low level SK spell. Am I just going to have to have an alchemist make it for me? Now that I know Decree isn't upgrade until level 70, I think I'll invest in having the Adept III made since I use it all the time.

Trust me, grab a ruby or a rhodium and an alch and get the Adept 3.  You're going to use it alot in the next 20 levels.

I have a decree master, but I have to say that I also have never seen a decree adept1 on the broker before I got the master.

Decree is a most excellent spell.  If you have multiple groups its not considered a true AE.  You can cast while running.  Dynamism ftw.  Overall, great spell worth the upgrade to adept 3

I did get this upgraded to Adept III, and I'm loving it! I always pull groups with it. Start the cast as soon as possible but out of agro range, then start running towards group to get the entire group within range before the spell goes off. Works great.

Mate, your thinking of doom judgement, hes talking about Decree, a T6 spell; no amount of rhodium can get u the adept 3 for that SMILEY

Well seeing as i had the adept 3 before the master dropped for me in the Living tombs, i'd say it drops SMILEY

u cant get the adept 1 from what i heard, so u just get ur [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] mining and get it as an adept 3, the same goes for Consecrate, the adept 1 is very rare, so just get it adept 3.

Apparently it is in fact T5, because the recipe uses a Rhodium, and that's what I provided to the tradeskiller. SMILEY

*chuckle* I do believe I have Consecrate at Adept I. Consecrate being T6, it's a much bigger investment to get the Adept III versus Decree. Nearly 1 plat difference on my server.

Decree is a L50 spell, that takes a T5 rare to combine (so Ruby or Rhodium) you use it for 20 levels, because it is not replaced until Brimstone at L70 (of which the master drop is sorta common)

I have both the consecrate master and the decree master. Due to the recast timer, decree does more damage :smileywink: plus, you can cast it on the run and its a great pull spell.

Plus decree doesnt break mez. Consecrate dropped on the Gates of Aken Ahten raid and Decree dropped off the Temple of Cazic Thule (frogs) raid.
