![]() does AGI effect the amount that our "proc" buffs go off by? or is there a stat that effects procs?

weapon delay is the only thing that can effect proc rates to my knowledge. it centers around 2.0 delay. slower than 2.0 delay wepaons increase the proc rate and faster than 2.0 decrease the proc rate. by how much though is beyond me. ive never heard any concrete numbers on this or even estimations outside one theory that 7.0 delay bows cause 25% proc rate poisons to be 50% or more, but that was speculation i read. int however will effect the proc dmg.

![]() wow they sure did changes things in mechanics from EQ1 but good info, I just bought a new 1h that is like 2.2 or something like that, will have to look at my 2h again, but i think its almost 3.0 |

![]() Not correct anymore since KoS .. Weapon delay no only affects proc chance on autoattack, for spells and combat-arts the casting timers affect the proc chance. Thats why rangers proced like crazy before with the proc chance of a slow bow while using ca's with 0,5 - 1 second casttimer, and were nerfed so badly with that change :smileyindifferent:
