Brock's Thermal Shocker

This maybe one of the coolest thing since sliced bread for weird situations. Low mana with 100% crit chance youe popping this thing for 450 x2 all the time. On raids Im hitting for 850X2. And its power free, usuable from inventory and its not diseased based which is cool cause its another form of damage. Anyway I think its awesome for something that took me 10 minutes to get.

No need to shh this. It's in no way overpowered or unbalanced. We can do decent dps anyway, the added dps from this is minimal.

The thermal shocker shines much more in the hands of low dps classes such as priests.

5 minute quest in the Bonemire, from the Crash Site and useable at 62 IIRC.

Yeah, considering the recast, it's not overpowered at all. It can certainly help in a pinch though.
