Class balance

Will CD have the class balance we were promised before PoP launched or is it impossible to balance classes at this point?

How about some AA rewamps so they are useful?

This has been asked in every forum but there has been no official response and I doubt there will ever be one, I don't want to get banned from here also so we will have to wait and see.
