Shirada is not up; cannot advance Khali'Vahla faction

Shirada of Khali'Vahla has dropped through her platform to the extremely steep mountain slopes below. Note there is another NPC down there as well. She is the sole faction quest giver at my stage of the faction grind and is not accessible down there. She (and her friend) need to be returned to the platform where one can converse with her.

Until it's fixed, you can try camping to yourself; that can sometimes reset them. It worked reliably for me, though I had a couple friends who said they had to try a few times before she landed back on the platfrom.

This should be fixed on Beta now. The missing part of the city is back!
