Does the Bruiser's healing line go off of buffed hps or base hps?  This is really confusing me.  I normally group my Bruiser with a Defiler and with his buffs my Ignore Pain skill heals for more hps.  I was lucky enough to get Ignore Pain Master 1 and it jumped from healing 18% (app IV) to 33%.  However, it is only healing about 23% not 33% like the description says.  Are the Defiler's buffs a base hp buff and that is why it heals for more when grouped with them?  To me this just does not seem consistent and I am curious if the healing line is broken or this is how it is supposed to work.

According to some testing I performed and some confirmation from other around our healing line is broken.  It does not heal the % of hps noted on the spell when you examine it.  From my experiences though, it heals the same percentage buffed or unbuffed.

So, to make things easy it says it heals 40% but only does 30%.  Say you have 1000 hps unbuffed, your self heal would give you 300hps.  If your shammy friend buffs you to 1500 hps your self heal would do 450hps.

Our self heal does a percentage.  That percentage is not correctly displayed on the skill itself.  No matter how you adjust your hit points up or down using buffs and equipment, if you look at your max hit points, your self heal will always do x percentage of that.

I can say buffed for sure.  w/o buffs I will heal for 399 or so.  W/ buffs it goes up to 500 or so sometimes

Though it is broken, it is definately based off of buffed HP's.  Usually, my lvl 40 training ability (heal) does about 1.1 - 1.4 k of health.  While in Harclave's when my hitpoints were out the roof, I was healing for over 3.5k health.

I have noticed this with the Harclave buff also.  That is what has been confusing me.  So, the healing line is broken and does not heal for what it says?  I am just glad I looted my Ignore Pain Master 1 and did not pay for it.  The skill says it should heal for 15% more but it only heals for 5% more than the app IV.

That is unfortunately correct. See this link for some examples of our heals.

Ya, Harclave is a good example.

I use the special heal we got to pick at level 40 I think? That one is great, 60 sec recast. In harclave with 12,000 hitpoints, I was healing myself for around 3500-4000. Give or take..
