That's right. A pet. And not the oddly hairy Brokain that follows me around. I want a TIGER. A white one! And I want to summon it, and have it be by my side always.It doesn't have to actually DO anything. Perhaps just tell me I'm pretty occasionally. But I still want one.Please?

Played a beastlord in eq1. I loved that tiger. especially during the time "grow-spells" got a little out of hand.... but is it big enough...?/em goes of to remember Ronrona Misspoes

Actually they won't. They're still fun pets, but can be killed by damage like any other mob. The pet can gain agro of a mob and will fight it untill it's dead, which can be a nuisance if you're trying to clear agro. They don't fight back though.

blame the messenger moon?? ouch, that stings... :pi was seeing the damage from all my dumbfires which had the same name as the last pet i had cast from a macro. it was a brain fart on my part that i didnt notice that until just recently.

LOL I have a pet paladin that follows me around everywhere. Trust me not worth the trouble cause it's always complaining about catching me in levels and why it can't seem to make money, and the /killpet command doesn't work /sigh.

I have a strange looking baseball bat following me all the time, I made a Pally and it showed up and smacked the bejeebus out of me and my pally horse, and now the poor thing only limps along at 10% when it used to do 32%. Because of that, I changed to a ranger and the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] thing showed up again, broke both my legs, and now my ranger cant damage a piece of runny poo SMILEY

So in the end I chose a monk, and lately I keep seeing the Bat vaguely in the distance...

Hope it doesn't mean anything....did see 3 letters on it though, NER....

Maybe monks should have an Apprentice for a pet, like how a Paladin has a Squire and some healer class has a pet like this aswell.

aww, i made a nice response, but it didn't post itself for some reason...

i blame the sewer rats, theyre always causing problems for me. so anyway to get to the point of my story that i wrote that nobody read because it went poof, is that i need a new point to the story.

and the moral of the story is...HOO'LOH LOVES YOU!!!!

ooohh...and i want an army of little monks to follow me around to take care of those darn sewer rats
