T4 Adept 3, Just cant decide

I was fortunate enough to pick up a Rough Opal recently and I am having difficulty determining which skill i want to uprade. I have read an argument against using it on stances due to their minimal benefit, and I have also had suggested to me to use it on Biting Mantis because it apparently is highest attack in its line. So far the ones I am considering are Everburning Flame, Biting Mantis, Sweeping Crane, and possibly sacrifice if i can find more info on what it does. I tank rather often and boosting my survivability would be great, but I am very fond of adept 1 everburning flame and its 30 percent attack speed boost, though im not sure if the adept 3 version would be much better. I am only level 34 at the moment, so any suggestions on post 34 abilities would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks!

Lot of people in game been telling me that the 30's go fast and might not be worth using this. Still strongly considering Biting Mantis or Sacrifice as they are the last of their lines. Can someone who has adept 3 Sacrifice perhaps tell me exactly how effective it is? Or at least adept 1?

Biting Mantis would be a good one, but I would do Quiet Purity. At the moment its our last offensive buff, generates good hate, and is almost like having another taunt.

If you can get good money though, sell it *shrug* Adept 1 Quiet Purity is pretty common (at least on Guk.)
