I didn't hear of Class Cloaks yet. Maybe in some instance, but I am sure I would have seen a link of one by now / in beta. What you might mean is the final reward of your deity quest line.Other than that, see your local Tailor for cloaks or do some of the quests for lower level ones. I found cloak quests in Crushbone Keep and at the Gnomeland Security HQ in Steamfont.

"What you might mean is the final reward of your deity quest line."

Not to derail this but has anyone done the second mith Marr quest in Crushbone?
I am stuck on how to release the Fae and the Wood elf in the hall of truth and room before.
Tried clearing the room, the keys on the walls never became targetable, completed all the previous quest steps (lego's. dragoons and knights).

Everything I tried resulted in the gnome dwarf and wood elf yapping away, not targetable.

Stuck any help would be appreciated.

They are in the jail, not the hall of truth and the keys are just before the jail. I didn't have to kill anything for those updates.I am stuck on quest 5 though, do I really have to go to the bottom of Mistmoore to get that update?

Yeah the fact that you come across that woodelf being tortured 1st confused me too, but continue on down into the dungeon and you will find the correct one in the jails as mentioned earlier

Not to derail this thread any further but what does MM give that is better than Brell? I cant go MM, I am evil (in every sense of the word) but I just want some insight.

So looking at the above, I am thinking Brell would be the best bet for a raid tank. Am I wrong here? I am allready using the buckler line and have no problems holding aggro with the proper group setup. Hitting harder is not my job. Mitigation/Hp's/Resists and Keeping aggro are my responsibilities.

Can anyone that's actually gotten the Mith Marr cloak post a screenshot of it?  I was looking on EQ2players item search and it looks like the cloak may be 4%dps, instead of 15%dps, big difference.

Really just the final ability for Mith Marr... and how much does Regen 4 really help, the extra DPS stuff from the Mith Marr cloak seems more useful to me. Also... 13.8 STA over STR? I hardly think that is tank breaking. Besides, as it is now, the pets die all the time. I had to recast that lion 6 times in one Valdoon run. Please correct me if I'm misreading things.Marr's Barrier - 1875 FavorMiracleTarget: SelfCasting: 1.5 secondsRecovery: InstantRecast: 1 hourDuration: 20.0 secondsEffects:    * All attacks absorbed 10 times    * Special: See Description

Can you still use CA's and auto attack while Marr's Barrier is in use?  Curious as to what the:   " * Special: See Description"  comment is about in effect description.

You can; but remember unlike ToS it's not selective about what the stoneskin gets used on. If you use it at the wrong instant (which could be any instant on some raid bosses), the total damage blocked could only be a few thousand. It would be in very rare situations those 10 procs would each be blocking 5k+ damage.

Right... it's just another defensive rescue to give your healers time to get back on track.

And btw.. its not % anymore, its just a number since you can get up to 200 haste/dps and only 125% actual haste/dps.

The miracle doesnt come from the cloak, you can buy it at your altar (in your house) for status points.
