Where to buy Carbonite Vanguards?

Where can u find em in Freeport ? and How much do they cost a piece? Are the carbonite vanguards more worth for money than the steel ones?

Well if your talking about the armor bought frmo the NPC merchent...its from the Armor dealer in EFP. BUT...that NPC armor only has AC. No difference between Steel and Vaguard except vaguard looks cooler. The player made Pristine Vanguard stuff is much better. Not sure if it was the right thing to do or not but when i dinged 20 i went and bought a full set of the NPC stuff then started replacing peice by peice with AQ or crafted stuff as i could.

My impression is that AQ stuff is better than level appropriate playermade pristine vanguard, which is a total crime because it makes all of that unmarketable. That is a real issue that should be addressed. It should be equal if not slightly better.
