![]() Over last week i guess, maybe less, ive had books showing on my map to hand in quests and the NPCs are either in floor or just plain gone. Wondering if anyone else has been having this issues, and its in many different zones, but mostly lowbie zones as im level 25 doing all quests at moment, im a questaholic. Thanks. Edit: Now that i think about it, all of them have been in ANTONICA.... |

![]() I have been having the odd issue of the npc's being there the first time around; and then when I go back to them to turn a quest in or recieve a update or other various things, they're literally sunken down into the floor so either they're gone completely or their little book icon pops up out of the ground but they're unable to be targetted or clickable. The only way I've found to fix this is to completely exit the game and relaunch it. I haven't had any issues with npcs doing this outside of the Fens of Nathsar/Kunzar Jungle & Jarsath Wastes zones. Will check in Antonica next time I am there on a toon questing to see if any npcs there 'sink' as well

Try disabling/enabling one random SOGA/Alternate model. That should (temporarily) correct the issue for you.

Thanks for response and what you said is exactly what happens to me, i can pick up quest, go do the steps come back to return it and cant see the NPC. Ive had to completely exit as well to make them come back, but ive also found just /camping to myself works too and its a wee bit faster. |

Now that you mention it, I have noticed the disappearing npcs lately. Restarting the game bought them back. I can't remember when, or where, or even what toon I was on. Maybe coffee will help me recall! Aha! I remember now! ( 2 cups of coffee later )... it was in Kylong Plains. Turning in the last of the Sokokar quests "Is It Good News?", Hroar Kalacious was missing from the top of the tower. Searched in, around, up and down the tower. He reappeared after restarting the game.

![]() Had this happen in Jarsath Wastes on the Danak Shipyard docks. Needed to talk to an NPC on the docks, but that NPC wasn't there. The quest indicator said she was, and when I clicked on it and stood directly on the indicator it kept telling me she was below me, which led me to assume that she fell through the floor and gave up on the quest. She was missing for at least a few hours as I logged out and came back before giving up. |

![]() had this happen in Moors doing Ship Out quests on an alt. typing /target npcname and hitting H got them to pop up out of the floor. Might not work in all situations but it worked for me on 3 npc's over the weekend. |

![]() Heya folks! If you see this in game, can you grab a screenie and post it here? I'm seeing this issue come through the bug and feedback reports, but we can't duplicate it on our end, and we're not certain what might be causing it. I'd like to get to the bottom of this as soon as we can. Thanks all!
