hello

i have been wondering for awhile now, do zones have a higher drop rate at times? ill explain..

i run around stonebrunt highlands often, and there are days where it  seems like every other mob is dropping an exquisite chest, and there are days it seems like its not even dropping merchant fodder. maybe its just coincidence, but if its not then is there a rotation? how often?

thanks very much

EQ2 RNG is just notorious for being very streaky.  It probably comes from the way they 'seed' the random number generator.  Perhaps they seed it when you zone into the zone and thus you get 'better' rolls the entire time your in the zone.  Like when people /ran in raid/group some people seem to roll low or high all night long.  One of the problems inherent in computers is that they cannot ever be truly random.
