Driver Conflict?

I just upgraded my computer - reinstalled Win 7 Ultimate 64bit, plus a new video card, ATI Radeo HD 6850. (New mobo and CPU and doubled my memory too, but I think this is the video card).

Here are my issues: tree foliage, in Fens in particular, flashing on and off as I travel. It's like strobe lights.

The satyrs in WL are transparent, as are other random things, like some of the textures in the Vermin Caves in SF. Sometimes, certain armor on my characters will make them transparent as well.

I am using the latest ATI drivers, and I've also downloaded and installed the DX9 runtime. I've also turned off the Aero desktop which helped with framerates and some of the flashing, but not much.

Are there optimal Radeon drivers for EQ2? If so, which ones?

Edit: No driver conflict, just setting for my card. I put the setting for the Catalyst AI all the way to Performance, and wham, everything is fine. Amazing.
