You need to provide more details.

I think any fighter class that is level 90+ with Rygorr or better gear could solo any of the 74x4 Raids. I took my SK through most of the KoS raids. That was before mercs were in the game.

So the questions are which raid dungeon, were the mobs in that raid gray or did the player chrono down, and perhaps the most important question, why were they doing it.

It is much easier to solo a raid to get one kill for some update than trying to finish an entire raid just because.

How were they fighting? If they were slugging it out in melee range, it could have been any fighter class, or any of the melee-spec healers (warden, inquisitor, or mystic).

Did they use a pet? If so, it was likely a necromancer (skeleton), conjuror (elemental), mystic (dogdog), or beastlord (other)

Did they wear armor? If plate, it could be a warrior (berserker/guardian), crusader (paladin/shadowknight), or inquisitor. If chain, it could be a mystic or defiler. If leather it may be a beastlord, brawler (bruiser/monk), or warden.

There are actually a lot of classes in EQ2 that have the capability to solo very well, so we'll need more info to go on (or just a link to the video in question).
