Welcome pack

I hope this has not been asked a dozen times but i used the search and found plenty on packs but nothing on this . I understand all players old and new are getting a welcome pack.

I dont see this in the claim list. How do i get this welcome pack? Also anyone know offhand what it contains. heard it was kinda nice.

Welcome Home Starter Furniture Pack: bed, table, 2 chairs, 2 floor lamps

Welcome Home Travel Pack: 30 slot backpack, Ring of Swift Travel (increase speed to 70% for about 30 min)

Welcome Home Potion Pack: 2 Superior Potion of the Advanced (2 hour 100% XP/AA boost), 2 Potion of Vitality, 2 Summoning Charm (summon ally), 2 Charm of Escape, 2 Scroll of Tracking, 2 Portable Globe of Swift Travel

Thanks. happen to know how to claim it? or whats its called i didnt see it in my claim list.

They were in my claim list and the pack titles are the names. Every existing toon got them on all my accounts. I would petition it if you didn't get them.

They're on the promotion tab.

And on the first tab, All Items. To bring up the window type: /claim

It is possible that those packs were associated with the veteran system .. and that was kind of messed up for some people, but patch notes claim that the /claim is working again.
