I'm guessing the stealth component was removed because of various issues it caused your group.

Has the impact of removing an instant cast stealth on dps been considered? Or is this intentional?

Without the instant stealth, dirges can't use misfortune's kiss and scream of death during an RO without using shroud, which cost them 8.3-20% of their record time, depending on other choices.

Was this intentional? If not could you retain the stealth component but make it self only?

Alternatively you could add stealth to rythmic overature, though maybe not everyone would enjoy this.

I guess I'm the only dirge that wants to cast both stealth backstabs during my record.
