Test Server Locked?

I've been trying to get in the game for over an hour now and don't see any notes about test being down today, any eta on when test will be back up?

Though I'm off today and I'm itching to try that new event I just found out about - the sun is shining and seeds need planting. Back in a couple hours; hopefully someone will have turned us on by then.

Test should be unlocked now.
