Test Server 90s bonus?

Do the level 90 crafters (I guess adventure levels applies as well), count towards live server bonuses? (Meaning the bonus when you have max level toons.)

Doh, disregard, stupid me didn't read this right and thot it was in regards to live servers.

I dunno if Test server crafters get the bonus or not, would seem so but.../shrugs
