My understanding was that if we attended Fan Faire 2010 and signed up for Beta that we would receive an invite.  My husband and I both attended and signed up for Beta, filling out the app and signing off, etc., however, it appears that getting that invite was not a given if you were a Fan Faire attendee?  The invites have gone out and have several guildmates who got in and did not attend Fan Faire and hubby and I did not.

So is that the case?  Was Fan Faire attendance not a guarantee of a Beta Invite?

Smokejumper posted in another thread that fan faire attendees would receive beta access on Jan 5th:

from http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=492434

Fan Faire folks will be authorized to enter the beta on Jan 5th with everyone else but are automatically authorized (after they fill out the application!)

And did that apply only to those who bought a certain level of pass and not for those who came on a one day thing?

My wife received her email accepting her to beta but I have not recieved mine. When I try to apply again it says I am currently enrolled in this beta. I don't have access to the forums or the link to download. How do I get another mail sent?

Yes i checked my junk folder.

If you're accepted, you should see the boards and find there downloading infos for those who don't get the mail. If you don't see them, then you're not in beta.

I just clicked on the link on the front page and I got the same message. And I also attended but only as a day attendee. Also when I got there, they had my registration, but didn't have a name thing for me. So somewhere that was screwed up.
