![]() I was in an instance with some guildmates and was trying manaburn on for size. I waited for the first named (heroic) to get to less than 50% and queued up Manaburn. It cast. I used all my mana. Zero damage. I figure this is a fluke of some sort. Go to do the same on the next named. Same thing. It seemed to work on the rest of the heroics in the instance, but not the named. What am I missing? |

![]() 1) you probably will end up just as dissapointed as everyone else is with Manaburn these days, its not even worth it. 2) as D said, Manaburn places an immunity (30 sec) on the mobs. 3) you dont have to wait for 50%, what that means in the description is that it will never hit for -more- than 50%. and for the luls.. 4) since you did wait for manaburn till 50%, the mob probably died before it went off |

![]() There was no other wizard. It was just a 6 man instance. The creature did not die till 10+ seconds after Manaburn went off. The log shows that it hit, but for 0 damage. |
