Button to turn on the old spell animations

Does anyone know where the option is to turn the old effects back on as one thing that EQ2 had down to a tee was that it felt like you were actually fighting. The new ones might appeal to some but I really need to turn my old ones back on to continue my enjoyment of the game as it was spot on before.
