Potency Line in Swash AA Tree

Has anyone had any verified increase in the effectivness of thier poisons from this tree? Does this tree really affect are DPS to any degree?

I am going down this tree and I cannot really tell if I am getting any benefit. Do any of the Swash, AAs in that tree have any direct measurable benefit (aside from Reach which I can see)?
