I cant run 2 instances of EQ2 anymore :(

Ok it worked at first (when I started playing EQ2 again) but now I cant even run 2 instances of EQ2 at the same time. I have tried everything I could to get it working, but the second instance I try and run crashes at the "PLAY" button saying:

Launcher.exe has stopped working

Can someone please help me figure this out?
