Hello, new to everquest.

One of the things i enjoy'd about the game was "Legands of Norrath", to stop and play a game while waiting on something ingame. For some reason, once i bought the game and started playing i could no longer play LON in-game. Can someone tell me why i can't play in-game? I also claim'd a bunch of packs and a starter deck from ingame but i can't get them on LON. When i go on LON from my computer, none of the card packs are there. I sent a ticket in and no response, SMILEY Has anyone heard about this problem or what i might be able to do about it?

THanks for your time.

I believe this post belongs in the LoN forum.

Firstly, are you using the same account for both EQ2 and the external LoN client?

Secondly, what happens when you type /lon?  Throws an error?  Doesn't do anything?  Could do with some more details.

Thirdly, if you claimed something ingame, it might've come packed and you need to find it in your bags, right-click and select 'unpack'.

I have often heard that it is best to play LoN in game when you first log in or to just play outside of EQ2.

I personally have only had LoN open up when I first log in, I have never had it work after playing and loading zones.

The /claim issue I am not sure of any answers.

Hopefully this gets worked out for you.

try a /petition if you have not already.

What exactly are you told when you type /lon in-game?  Does it not start, give an error, or simply not let you log into your existing LoN account?  If it's the last one, you probably don't have your LON account associated with your EQ2 account.  A quick (relatively speaking) call to customer service should fix that problem.

The claim issue is probably linked to the first issue.  Again, call customer service to get your various accounts linked together so that you can access them properly, and you will probably see your claimed packs waiting for you.
