With the changes in the scout base stat can we get Raxxyl's Rousing Tune change to Agi and Int, or Sta and Int?

Int to buff the mages in group, Agi to buff myself or other scouts in group.

Sta for HP boosts if we cant get Agi on it.

Wis just seems kind of useless for most other then resists.

Any input from other Troubs?

yah it is kinda F-ed that we get a buff that is not worth much to a troub anymore, at least dump sta or agi on it.

Well, I can see why they did it - they very clearly want us to become the "caster buffer", and have been pushing that since release.  INT and WIS buff the priests and mages.  What they didn't realize or think about apparently is that it doesn't buff the BARDS at all.  Or even the Crusaders.  It does absolutely nothing for those 2 groups, who are also part casters, which is silly.

It just wasn't very well thought out at all.  The fact that AGI controls both our melee dps and our magic now, you can no longer split up stat buffs easily between Troubs and Dirges to affect either melee or magic.  It's now both combined, or nothing at all.

So the Dirge group buff that does AGI and STR now adds to both melee *and* magic damage for scouts and fighters.  It's sad in a sense that if we want our magic damage to increase, we want to be grouped with a Dirge...  go figure.

honestly, ive never ever played that buff.. ever, since i started the character, unless i had extra concentration from only having 5 buffs. i dont see the point at all in it. on my troub and most my mage group we were near the soft cap for int to damage.

*edit* however, if it were changed to something like agi/int agi/sta sta/int i may start playing it. one can hope

i know this dont have much to do with the thread other than int/agi issue

why is t8 version of potm damage still effected by the int buffed by the spell itself  and not t9, coz of the changes t8 version gets near 200 + extra damage from the int while t9 stays the same....be nice if it buffed both  agi and int .

or atleast thought went in to the upgrade instead of a  copy paste with no thought of game mechanic changes to scouts

just to add to the whine this makes the t9 red adorn of 20% to potm pritty much waste of time as it will be round the same give or take the 175 set bonus from t8 gear , t9 gear will have int on still and with us not near highe int will be better boost from the int on that spell .

move this thread if you think does not belong here
