Free time not given from purchase

I recently purchased Everquest 2 from Steam and instead of creating a new account in which to play on and get time for, I made a dumb mistake of putting the game onto an account I created prior. Is there any way I can get the time onto my account?

You will need to contact live chat on Monday, their hours are 10AM to 7 PM pacific, make sure to translate those times to your timezone.
