Character Transfer - No Phone...

Hello. First off, I would like to ask that only SOE replies to this post. Thanks!

Okay, so I'm currently on my trial for Everquest 2. I bought a 30 day time card off SOE's online store and I'm expecting it to arrive soon. I picked a really bad server--empty, PvP... I would love to transfer my character over, if it wouldn't be too much trouble. On my current server, I just don't feel like I'm having fun. I feel like I'm playing a Single-Player game, which I should feel like I'm playing with other people.

Here's the problem: I currently don't have any phone service. Is there any way that an SOE employee could transfer my character via email? I'm willing to supply my account name and password, along with character name and server.

I know that SOE will come through with this. You guys have had good support in the past, and I would really hope you guys haven't lost your touch!

EDIT: This issue has been resolved.

I finally got my phones working and I called SOE. They kindly told me that I could not switch from Vox because it's an Exchange server. It's cool, though, because I'm only level 20 anyway. SOE seems to still have great service and support, even though my results were somewhat disappointing.

BEWARE NEW PLAYERS: Vox is a dying server and once you're in, there's no way out!
