How many character slots do you get with a basic subscription?

7 is the party line.

Someone will split hairs and say you can have 7 US, 7 Euro, and 7 on test though.

Someone else will point out there are ways to have more than 7 slots, but thats in the realm of known exploits and details wont be posted.
