Paladin

Divine Favor has been adjusted to no longer have any penalties and to better help the paladin after almost dying.
Paladins can now cast the Incite line while stunned or stifled.

In the test patch notes for monday! I really hope this makes it live.

Divine Favor was stripped of the stiffle / daze effect and added a 2-hit stoneskin after triggering. Quite good imho.
